Refund and Cancellation Policy:
Registration fees for our 6-week live review cohorts are 100% non-refundable once the first live workshop session of your registered cohort has commenced. This policy is strictly enforced due to immediate tutor assignments and restricted cohort seating.
If you need to cancel your registration, you must submit a written request via email to hello@skoolpath.com at least 48 hours prior to the start of the first live session to receive a refund minus a $50 administrative processing fee. Alternatively, you may request a one-time, complimentary transfer to slide your registration forward into our very next upcoming 6-week live review cohort at no extra charge.
Privacy Policy and Data Protection:
1. Information Collection: We collect information you provide directly to us when you register for a cohort, submit a resume for career coaching, or fill out our contact forms. This may include your name, email address, phone number, and professional history.
2. Data Usage: Your information is used solely to deliver your test preparation materials, coordinate live Zoom workshops, optimize your candidate profile for talent matching, and communicate important platform updates.
3. Data Sharing: SKOOLPATH LLC does not sell, rent, or lease your personal information to third-party marketers. With your explicit consent, your candidate profile and optimized resume data may be shared with verified healthcare employer networks (such as clinical talent acquisition teams) for direct-hire recruitment matching. All data is securely stored using standard industry-grade digital encryption.

The following organizations may link to our Website without prior written approval: Government agencies, Search engines, News organizations, and Online directory distributors. We may consider and approve other link requests from commonly-known consumer/business information sources, dot.com community sites, internet portals, accounting, law, and consulting firms if we decide that the link is not deceptive and fits within the context of general resource information. No use of SKOOLPATH LLC's logo or other artwork will be allowed for linking absent a trademark license agreement.
