Refund and Cancellation Policy

Thank you for registering with SkoolPath. Because we deliver digital services, live interactive review workshops, and proprietary simulator access, our cancellation and refund policies are structured based on service delivery milestones.

Please read this policy carefully before completing your registration.

1. Independent Service Classification

SkoolPath LLC operates strictly as an independent professional consulting and exam preparation review service. We are not a vocational school, career college, or degree-granting institution, and registration fees do not constitute academic tuition. All fees paid are for access to live test-preparation workshops, digital study guide blueprints, and our proprietary telemetry simulation dashboards.

2. Live 6-Week Cohort Refund Policy

- Post-Commencement: Registration fees for our 6-week live review cohorts are 100% NON-REFUNDABLE once the first live workshop session of your registered cohort has officially commenced. This policy is strictly enforced because cohort seating is strictly limited to maintain an elite tutor-to-candidate ratio, and resources are allocated immediately upon the start of the series.

- Pre-Commencement Cancellations: If you need to cancel your registration before classes start, you must submit a formal written request via email to hello@skoolpath.com at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled start time of the first live session. Approved pre-commencement cancellations will receive a full refund of the $600 registration fee, minus a $50 administrative processing and merchant transaction fee.

3. Complimentary Cohort Transfers

We understand that unexpected scheduling conflicts, clinical shift changes, or personal emergencies happen. If you miss the 48-hour pre-commencement cancellation window or are unable to complete your active 6-week series, you may request a one-time, complimentary transfer. This allows you to slide your entire registration package forward into our very next upcoming 6-week live review cohort at no extra charge. Transfer requests must be submitted in writing to hello@skoolpath.com.

4. Digital Study Vault Access

Sharing user accounts, leaking dashboard entry credentials, or distributing access keys to our premium simulation dashboard with non-registered third parties violates our intellectual property terms. Any user found sharing platform access will have their account immediately terminated without a refund, and legal remedies will be pursued to the fullest extent of the law.

5. Career Coaching and Placement Services

All professional development consulting, ATS resume reconstruction, and mock interview coaching features provided through our Talent Solutions branch are value-add resources included at no additional cost for registered cohort members. Because no separate fee is charged for these recruitment routing services, they are entirely non-refundable and carry no independent cash value.
